I always come back because it's amazing! The staff found my forgotten headphones. It suits me perfectly with Wi-Fi, electric kettle, air conditioning, and a flat-screen TV. No pets or smoking allowed. Coming back soon for another trip.

The hotel's decor was absolutely charming, with beautiful touches that made me feel right at home. The cozy sitting area in the lobby was perfect for relaxing and chatting with other guests. As a senior woman, I appreciated how accessible the hotel was, with handrails and easy-to-navigate hallways. It made my stay comfortable and worry-free.

I would have loved to see a dedicated staff member available to assist senior guests with their needs. Sometimes it can be difficult to communicate with the children working there, and having someone specifically trained to cater to the needs of older individuals would have made for an even better vacation experience.

Our stay at Mamo Florence - St Elizabeth Loft Apartments was excellent value for money. The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The location was ideal, within walking distance of all the major sights and surrounded by great restaurants and bars. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant stay.

The breakfast selection could have been improved with the addition of basic crockery such as plates and bowls. However, this was a minor issue and didn't significantly impact our overall experience.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, with all the major sights, great restaurants, and bars within walking distance. The hotel was spotless and offered a lot of comfort. After a long day of exploring, coming back to relax in the hotel was amazing. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making check-in and check-out very simple. The hotel facilities were great, with updated and nice/clean bathrooms. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was a relief during the hot weather.

Great location, excellent communication, early check-in, quick response for key retrieval, highly recommended. Separation of sleeping areas, modern conveniences, quirky decor, loved by our son. Nothing not too like.

Perfectly located, just two streets away from the Duomo, making everything within walking distance. The rooms were well-decorated, clean, and spacious. The loft provided more privacy than expected, and having two bathrooms was a bonus. The staff at Mamo Florence - St Elizabeth Loft were incredibly responsive and helpful.

The pre check-in process was difficult and frustrating, with no other options to upload passport information and unclear instructions on the website. The mattresses were quite hard, and the lack of counter space in the bathroom made it challenging to place our belongings.

The disco lights added a fun touch to the apartment, and the bathrooms were spacious and nice. Plus, the location was perfect for exploring the city, with key attractions just a short walk away.

The steepness of the stairs caught us off guard, and it was not mentioned beforehand. The constant chiming of the bells from the nearby duomo was quite annoying, especially if you're a light sleeper.
